inline popup taskflow is failing accessibity test by OGHAG Tool bar

I am using 11.1.1.5 JDev

I have an inline popup taskflow that is failing the OGHAG toolbar structure test.
It is reporting the following error:

Error - No Iframe title found (FRAME-1)

JDeveloper Accessibility Audit rules are showing any accessibility warning.

I looked for any title that I can set on the calling taskflow activity of the parent taskflow, the called inline popup taskflow, the view activity in the popup taskflow, and ithe corresponding jspx file for the view activity, but with no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
