inline css to override rc-title

I modified the rc-title (region title) code via FireBug to change the color of the title text multiple times:

1) What is the format/syntax to create an inline CSS to perform the override to my region?

<div class="rc-title"> Mobility Creative Ads <font color="blue"> AT&amp;T - blue, <font color="black">Sprint - black,<font color="#FF00FF">T-Mobile - pink,<font color="red">Verizon - red
