initialize / personalize Token via SunPKCS11 Provider / Wrapper?

Hello,

I have a question to the SunPKCS11 Provider / Wrapper.
I have a token "Aladdin eToken Pro" and want to initialize / personalize it (setting user pin and SO pin) with my own java application and not with the vendor specific software.
Furthermore I want to add my trusted CA certificates, my private key and my own certicate to the token.
Is it possible with the SunPKCS11 Provider / Wrapper? Or do I need anything like the IAIK Cryptotoolkit?
