InitialContext Exception

I created an EJB and am trying to envoke however I keep getting the following error trying to create an initial context....

javax.naming.NoInitialContextException: Need to specify class name in environment or system property, or as an applet parameter, or in an application resource file: java.naming.factory.initial

I do not know what the problem could be...
Any assistance would be appreciated.
