InitCap Function in OBIEE

Hi Friends

Is there any possibility of getting Initcap work or imitate its functionality.Though its a function in my db(oracle)

its not supported in obiee.Identifying spaces and convert the letter after space to capital and concatenate all

these....Is this way....Thanks in advance
