initcap behaviour when using a apostrophe
490959Jan 19 2007 — edited Jan 19 2007whenever i use initcap on a string containing an apostrophe it capitalises the letter after it. for example pete's becomes Pete'S.
i know i can create my own function to try and handle this but it is difficult to cover all possibilities. does oracle provide a function to handle this??
