Init parameters for ODS (Operational Data Store not OLTP, not DW) - Sun ODM

Would like to know

1. Oracle does not provide preconfiguration for ODS type databse (it provides 3, general prupose, OLTP and DW). What would be the best recommended settings for the important init parameters, again this is for ODS.

2. Any changes to settings of parameters as data processing is now shared, mainly scanning & filtering is done @stprage cell level

3. Any exadata specific init parameters settings ?
