Information Publisher reports on EM13c isn't triggering emails

Hello All,

None of the information publisher reports are sending email to recipients post running the report. The email configuration are proper and we are receiving other OEM alerts.

Can someone explain me the flow on how the email is triggered when a report is being run and do we have any separate log files for IP reports?
