Information on Oracle Certification

Hi,
I am not sure if this question has to be this section or no, well but what i am looking for is can anyone tell me how to go about Oracle Certification.A detail information on how do i go about it:Books,courses,softwares...etc.
Any information provided is greatly appreciated.
