Information on index partition rebuild(s)

Hi All -

Is it possible to to find out when/how often index partitions are getting rebuilt? The index rebuilds happen as part of our (pause, big sigh ...) nightly ETL process. They are locally partitioned indexes.

I checked dba_ind_partitions & dba_part_indexes, but didn't seem to find anything. I was looking for a "last_ddl" column maybe?

DB version 12.2.0.1
