Informatica repository not started....

Our setup of OBI apps was working fine till yesterday from past 2 months, suddenly told when we tried to connect the admin console of informatica we got the error that informatica repository is not starting.
Log as follows:

We have checked our TNS entries, we are able to connect to the informatica repository database through SQLPLUS.
We are not able to find out the problem, in log we found one error stating

is this error is due to expiry of licence key if yes how can we resolve the problem
however in admin console the validation of license is showing non-expiry.
please help us!
