Informatica Power Center License Key

I'm trying to install Informatica Power Center and its asking for the license key file. I've looked everywhere on OTN and the license key file is supposed to be in Oracle_All_OS_Prod.key file. That file is not in the Power Center download that I extracted. I downloaded Informatica from the following link:

Has anyone installed Power Center from the above link before? Please help so that I can proceed.
