Informatica Integration Services are not starting with error SF_34004

hi ,
Could you please any one suggest me on the Integration service error in Informatica, The error message as follows,

Could not execute action ...
The service Ch_Integration could not be enabled due to the following error : SF_34004-Service Initialization Failed.

please note that in the error message Ch_Integration is an Name of the Integration service.

Please Advice.
