Informatica IDQ - download and install

Hi all,

I m looking for informatica IDQ to integrate on my Informatica PC 8.6.

Can anyone provide me with a link in order to download it (IDQ) and do some training with it ?

Since I m looking for it for 2 weeks now without any success, can you please answer me if it is impossible to get it for free ???
