individual datafile recovery on primary

Hello experts,

I have a weird situation where only a single datafile is lost/misplaced on the primary DB server. However, the DR (active standby with real-time apply) has no such issue. Other than switchover or maybe restoring the datafile from backup, is there a way that this particular datafile can be copied over from DR side to the primary DB server ?
