index range scan , how to eliminate

i have this query:
select directpar from address
where directpar is not null
union
select directpro from address
where directpro is not null
union
select directmov from address
where directmov is not null
How i can optimize? I cannot use : "where directpar is not null or ...or ..."
i cannot create more index.
