Index fragmentation percentage.

Hi All, i am using oracle 10g.

I dont have access to 'analyze Index validate structure ' in my prod DB. And during verifying the query performance , i suspect that index range/index fast full scan is considerably slow in my prod DB. Is there any way to find the % of index fragmentation(except from index_stats and blevel of dba_indexes).
