INCTYPE in export utility

My production database(Oracle 10g) in Solaris 10.

we are installed oracle 10g in a windows 2000 server and import(with imp utility) the data from Solaris server for testing purpose.

Hai All,

My present need is apply incremental backup in to the test server(windows 200 server)

What is the best method of doing this activity.?

can I do this with exp/imp utility with inctype parameter.?

RMAN support different platforms(Production server-Solaris 10 Vs Test Server-Windows 2000 Server)..?

I think online backup is not good for this activity.?

Please help?
