incremental backup on Oracle Datapump !

Dear Friends ,

In Oracle 10g Datapump , I need a solution for incremental backup .

I have a database like 800 GB on my production server , I wanna to create a test server with the full expdp backup . Now I want to import only updated tables from the Production to Test environment daily basis .

In Datapump , Is there any solution to take incremental backup ?

Is there any scope with FLASHBACK_TIME between (time - time) ?
