Increasing/decreasing RAM for the database

Hi,

How can I check/calculate the total RAM used for my Oracle database 11g? and is it possible to increase/decrease RAM used for my database and if so then how?

For example if my database is using 500 MB then how can I make it to 100 MB for some king of testing.
