Increasing APEX performance

Hi:

We have APEX 3.1 running on Oracle 11g in a 4GB server, Intel Celeron CPU 440 @ 2.00GHz. I have Automatic Memory Management Enabled with max memory target to 1GB.

I am using shared server mode and I have my application data in different tablespaces ... one for data, other for indexes.

I would like to know if is there any benefit of pinning the most used APEX database objects, by keeping them in the keep pool or pinning them to memory.

What do you guys outhere use to do to speed up APEX?
