increase the size of the pool

i m using jdeveloper 11.1.2.3

When i Run my application ,after a few minutes they give Error.

Caused by: weblogic.jdbc.extensions.PoolLimitSQLException: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceLimitException: No resources currently available in pool erp to allocate to applications, please increase the size of the pool and retry..

how can i remove this error ?
