Increase tablespace on another drive

TechManOct 11 2010 — edited Oct 11 2010
Hello,

This is the present tablespace storage on my Oracle XE:

Table space: USERS
File name: C:\ORACLEXE\ORADATA\XE\USERS.DBF
Size: 2,760
Max available: 5,120
Auto extensible: YES

Table space: USERS
File name: E:\ORACLE\USERS.DBF
Size: 1,000
Max available: 0
Auto extensible: NO

Table space: SYSAUX
File name: C:\ORACLEXE\ORADATA\XE\SYSAUX.DBF
Size: 570
Max available: 32,768
Auto extensible: YES

Table space: SYSTEM
File name: C:\ORACLEXE\ORADATA\XE\SYSTEM.DBF
Size: 350
Max available: 600
Auto extensible: YES

Table space: UNDO
File name: C:\ORACLEXE\ORADATA\XE\UNDO.DBF
Size: 90
Max available: 500
Auto extensible: YES

The second "USERS" file you see on E Drive was added by me later. Because I thought the current size which is 2760MB is less so I increased tablespace on another drive.
But later I realized that the current table space USERS is set to AUTO EXTENSIBLE which means I didn't need to add another table space as the current one will automatically increase until it reaches max size isn't it!?
So can I safely delete the extra file which is on E drive?

Thanks
