Increase session_cached_cursors without restarting DB

Hello All,

I ran a ADDM on my DB today and the change that would mostly benefit my performance is increasing the value of the session_cached_cursors parameter (It's 20 at this point)

I cant seem to find where can I set this parameter in Enterprise Manager without restarting the database.

Can someone point me in the right direction to accomplish this?
