increase Oracle report field, ( Database Scalar) column type

Hello everybody,

I am asking if anybody can help me with this issue,

I need to increase a column type - DATABASE SCALAR from 100 to 200 , without changine the database column.

the problem happens because the DBA changed the character set in the database, some of my reports fields are arabic fields, and after the new haracter set was changed the started report cuting off some characters, same with Oracle FORMS arabic fields, but when i increased the arabic feilds in ORACLE forms it worked well

The report I'm using is REPORTS 11 g.
