Increase limit on number of blanket contract lines in a blanket contract

Hi,

As a part of the BPA sync from SCM to WACS, we have encountered an issue due to the precision of the ITEM_NUM field in WACS set to (3,0). Due to this a BPA containing more than 999 lines cannot be synchronized. Can you please increase the precision of this field and align it with the corresponding field from SCM?
