Well..I'm not sure can we increase log buffer size in 10g or sga_target to be increased

I'm actually running 5 import process on the same database but different tables.
The database runs on noarchivelog mode, since there was frequest logswitch happening ,I increased the size of the redo log from 500MB to 2GB, dramatically the performance boosted ,then I added couple more import processes.i.e (totally 5 rite now)..now when I query v$session and v$session_wait

I see this

LLS 143 1453 log buffer space 0 0 WAITING
LLS 139 53 log buffer space 0 0 WAITING
LLS 133 305 log buffer space 0 0 WAITING
(oracle) 129 952 Streams AQ: qmn slave idle wai 0 0 WAITING

OLDLLS 121 273 log buffer space 0 0 WAITING



SQL> SELECT name, value
FROM v$sysstat
WHERE name = 'redo log space requests' 2 3 ;

NAME VALUE
---------------------------------------------------------------- ----------
redo log space requests 16436

Now how can i increase the size of log buffer...please advice.....
