Incorrect transformation of coordsys RT90

Im trying to convert coordinates between SWEREF99, srid 4619, and Swedish National System (RT 90), srid 82202, but im getting incorrect results. I've tried the code in version 10.2.0.1.0 and 11.1.0.7.0.
Code:
Select sdo_cs.transform(SDO_GEOMETRY(2001, 4619, SDO_POINT_TYPE(14.4794444, 63.1988083, NULL), NULL, NULL), 82202) geometry from dual;
Result:
SDO_GEOMETRY(2001, 82202, SDO_POINT_TYPE(1433296.11, 7010606.64, NULL), NULL, NULL)
The correct result should be
1433290.348
7010606.162

Latitude: 63 11 55.71
Longitude: 014 28 46
