Incorrect GL accounts

Please assist me with the sql query to see all the incorrect GL accounts code per item

eg. if the item does not belong to the certain account then it must show errors

below account is for Prepaid Items but it is assigned the Contract Item, in this case there should be the error

02.01.000001.003115.000.000
