Incorrect date/time when sending mail
807559Apr 24 2007 — edited Apr 25 2007Hello all. I am experiencing some kind of wierd problem here. My time zone is GTM-4 and checking the timezone with the TZ shows it, as well as date, /etc/timezone and whatever. Problem is, when using mailx to send mail, the field Sent: is set with an offset of eight (8) hours !! .. for example, if I send a mail at 10 AM, even though I receive the email immediatelly, the field Sent: is set as if it was sent at 2 AM. I have checked everything and can't seem to fix the problem. If I could get someone to help me out on this I will appreacite it.
