Incompatible version of libocijdbc[Jdbc:23502407, Jdbc-OCI:23902507

When using Kerberos connection (see connection information below) from Oracle SQL Developer version 24.3.1.347

with Oracle Instant Client version 23.9.0.25.07, I'm getting the following error:

Status : Failure -Test failed: Incompatible version of libocijdbc[Jdbc:23502407, Jdbc-OCI:23902507

Is it possible that the instant package contains incompatible versions of libocijdbc and jdbc-OCI?
