I have a requirement to calculate Executive Compensation based on financial organization performance factors, and to include these bonuses in the annual Workforce Compensation Cycle to get pay with salary increases and other bonuses with visibility to budgets and employment information.
I know this requirement includes two Oracle modules: Incentive Compensation and Workforce Compensation.
To satisfy this requirement, I could import financial data into Workforce Compensation and depending on the number of financial measurements, the calculations could be done within WFC.
Has anyone have other suggestions or developed a solution that can be shared.
