inbound connection timed out (ORA-3136)
i I have changed the database from 9i to 10g (10.2.0.1.0) in windows 2003 r2 AND 12GB RAM, 5G SGA USING /PAE /3G;
but I have the problem that after a few hours of starting ; some users are disconnected or can not connect, then they try and gain entr;, in alert log database
i can see these message" inbound connection timed out (ORA-3136)" ; and a trace file with this message "tkcrrxmp: Stopping ARC3 to reduce ARCH processes from 4 to 3";
then can you help me with these problem? i have my databse in production in these moment.
