Set this and anyone who hasnt logged in within that number of days should have their account locked.

I have a user that currently hasnt logged in for a while (lets say 50 days), I create a profile and set INACTIVE_ACCOUNT_TIME =30, assign the profile to the inactive user but nothing happens, account_status is still OPEN.
Do you have to wait 30 days from the point you applied the profile or is their an intermittent background job that runs that picks that up and locks?
