InaccessibleWSDLException problem

Greetings!

I have created a web service client using Netbeans 6.1. I can run it with no problems from outside of our network but when a customer attempts to run it he gets the following error message:

com.sun.xml.ws.wsdl.parser.InaccessibleWSDLException: 2 counts of InaccessibleWSDLException.

java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

Any ideas what could be the cause of this error on his site?
