In 'sqlplus' unable to login with 'sys' user
Dear experts ,
i am unable to login in sqlplus with sys user on my local system . However i can login with system user.
while when i log in with putty there i can log in with sys ( '/ as sysdba').
please tell me how i can resolve this situation ?
