In SQL query, show only rows that match selected shuttle values

APEX 5.0.3.00.03

Looking for some help on how I can do this. I have a page with a shuttle item and a sql query. I need the sql query to only show the rows where the item number matches the item numbers selected in the shuttle, dynamically. If the user changes the shuttle selection, the sql query results must change just based on the shuttle selection changing.
