I have started seeing this on our Oracle DEV databases when I connect to them in SQL Developer from our Cyberark Privileged Access Server (Windows Server 2012 R2 on VM, lots of resources). I do not see this error running against our PRD databases from the same location. This used to work on this server. It happens EVERY TIME on these DB's and NEVER on the PRD DB's. The only change on the host machine was a Java update...
