In right to left languages (like Arabic), how to set number fields to behave like left to right

APEX 5.1.4

i have an application which default language is right to left language (Arabic), problem is that the numbers fields also behave like right to left which is much annoying, how can i set numbers fields to behave like left to right language.

like cursor position while typing in the number field in awkwardly positioned on the left of the text like below picture

it should be on the right of the number field like below
