in Jdeveloper when i enable filtering i got ERROR?!

hi every body...

i hope you all have a good day

i am working in ORACLE 12c database and i have HR database schema working on it inside Jdeveloper

and i am following this tutorial:

Oracle JDeveloper 12c (12.1.3) Tutorials - Developing Rich Web Applications With Oracle ADF

then do exactly the same instructions when i reach to this step i drag EmployeesView3 into pannelCollection:

then in the in the create table window when i enable filtering i got an ERROR

and this i the error knowing that i CAN NOT click Next because when i click it there no action happen !!!

but when i Disable the filtering these no error at all like this :

please Help!
