In is not a valid Integer value Error in 10g

I have a procedure in 8i. We recently migrated to 10g, This procedure with the Parameters is giving the error when I try to compile in 10g. How can I fix this error

CREATE OR REPLACE PROCEDURE Cal_R12_Catgry_Brnd_By_MRKT(v_mrkt_id number, v_st_mnth number, v_end_mnth number)
