In Interactive report how to separate column by vertical lines?

Hi Experts,

Normally when a interactive report is created, each row will be separated by a horizontal line, similarly I need to provide vertical line after each column in my interactive report.

In the below table format each row is separated by a horizontal line and similarly each Header1,Header2 and Header3 is separated by vertical line, the same I should be able to achieve in oracle apex interactive reports.
