In desperate need of help with iterative insert method for avl tree

Hi

Can someone please give me some pseudocode so I can make an iterative version of an insert method for an AVL tree? I have to use enumeration for the balance factors, and the values for the enumerated type are BALANCED, LEFT, and RIGHT. I posted a question here a few hours ago, but I didn't get any answers for it. Any help would be appreciated. I've been struggling with this for about 2 weeks now.
