Importing XML file to SQL Developer

I created a database schema in a specific software that is easy to use... then saved the schema as a XML file.
Now I want to import this XML file into SQL Developer so that I could create a database in SQL Developer and then put data into it...
I am new to SQL Developer, have never used it before...
