importing japanes character to Oracle 10gR2 in english readable format

Hi All,

I have above dmp file to be imported correctly to oracle 10g R 2.
could you help me with the import command for importing the
dmp which was exported using native character set – JA16SJIS

(The file Exported using 10g (10.2.0.2.0) Exported using native character set – JA16SJIS I want to import this file)
