Importing Excel in Oracle using SQL Developer

Hi All,

Currently if I have to import any data from excel to oracle I use SQL developer.

I access this oracle database from remote location so whenever I am importing any file if there is a network loss I have to start the entire processagain.

Is there a better way where I don't have to start from beginning?
