Importing data from DAT files into DB

Hi,

How do I import the data from the DAT files created by the exporter into the DB tables?
I didn't find anything documented about that step.

I still keep getting problems creating a migration project (unique constraint violated issue), but I thought at least I could implement the DB model since the tables are created.

So, is there any information about the DAT files import?
