importing data failed with IMP-00058/ORA-12552/IMP-00018

Experts,

When imp data from oracle database 9.2 to 11.2, the individual processes error, samples as:

IMP-00058: ORACLE error 12552 encountered

ORA-12552: TNS :operation was interrupted

IMP-00018: partial import of previous table completed : 294903 rows imported

Before importing data, user truncated the tables, and submited more than 40 imp processes at same time.

How to diagnose the cause of the problem?
