IMPORTING A .DMP FILE - Urgent

Hello,

I'm using Oracle8i version 8.1.7. I want to import a DMP file into another database but it says....

"import done in WE8ISO8859P1 character set & WE8ISO8859P1 NCHAR set
import terminated succcessfully without warnings".

This is the message that is returned. When queried, no table is imported. Infact unsuccessful import is clear when the screen doesn't scrolls up & shows no tables importing in the database.

I would appreciate a prompt reply...
