Importing

I am new to Oracle 10g.
I have successfully installed the product and want to import the database of a customer in Holland. They have made available 3 files which they exported from -
Oracle8i Enterprise Edition Release 8.1.7.4.0 - Production
With the Partitioning option
JServer Release 8.1.7.4.0 - Production
Export done in EE8ISO8859P2 character set
and EE8ISO8859P2 NCHAR character set

When I try to import using enterprise manager I get the error -
Connected to: Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.1.0.2.0 - Production
With the Partitioning, OLAP and Data Mining options

IMP-00037: Character set marker unknown
IMP-00000: Import terminated unsuccessfully

Is it possible to import from this version of Oracle?
If so can anyone tell me how I should procede
